When you place an order, we will ask for your name, email address, phone number and billing/shipping address. This information is only for the billing and shipping process.

We require the correct shipping address to be entered in the "shipping address" field on the checkout page. This is very important for us to ship the products to you correctly and make sure you can receive your order on time..

An order confirmation will be automatically emailed to you once the order is complete. We do not email any other materials not regarding your order.
If you do not see the order confirmation email, please check your bulk/spam bin as sometimes the email may be filtered by email providers.

If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email. To assure proper communication, please be sure that the email address you supply is correct in the case that we need to contact you regarding your order.

Your personal information is never sold, rented or released to any third party that is not involved in the transaction and delivery process. We do NOT send flyers, promotional offers or newsletters to your mailing address or to your e-mail address.

Shipping

We ship internationally.
Orders normally are shipped in 3 business day after being placed.
We use TNT, UPS or DHL as our air express service company, it takes 2-5 days to ship to worldwide, so normally you will receive you order in about 1 week after you place the order.

** Please note:

1)     Processing time and shipping time excludes weekends and statutory holidays when our warehouse and the mail carriers are closed.

2)     We will occasionally face the un-scheduled Customs Inspection by China Customs when the products are leaving China, it will delay the shipping time out of our schedule we promised. This is an event that we can not control the process, customers will be informed once the products are under this situation. Normally it will delay the shipping about 2-3 days.  

3)     The packing list is located inside the box with a list of the products that are in the order.

4)     If there are more than one color for some items, items will be shipped out randomly, sometimes will not be exactly the same with the photo represented on the website.

Undeliverable Packages

Please verify that your shipping information entered and contact number are correct. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information will delay the processing of your order. An undeliverable package is a package that air express company can not reach the consignee. Due to the shipping is international delivery, there will be stocking charge if they can not reach the consignee after 3 days, and customers have to pay the charge after they collect the products. So please make sure you shipping address and the telephone number are correct.

Items out of stock

Occasionally, an item may be out of stock from the manufacturer.
Our procedures for out of stock items are as follows:

1) Sometimes we may hold the whole order and wait until the backordered product arrives, or request a substitution be made. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.

2) If we have shipped out your order without the backordered product and it becomes temporarily unavailable, you will be refunded the amount of the item and the shipping difference (if applicable) back to via PayPal or deposit the amount into your account, so you can spend it your next order..

Return Policy

All items are checked by our QC before shipped to you customers, so we promise all the products we ship out are in good quality and condition. In case you receive items are defective or broken during the transportation, we will be happy to exchange the items or refund to you.

Defective Items

In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will gladly honor the 30 day manufacturer's warranty by replacing a defective product with the same product.

Once you receive your order, test the battery operated items immediately BEFORE using. If an item is used, the manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement.

Please note, you must email us within 30 days of receiving the product as the manufacturer offers a 30 day warranty with all unused items. Beyond 30 days and the manufacturer will not replace the item.

Other

Sometimes, manufacturers change the packaging, the color or the design of an item. The items you receive may not appear exactly the same as pictured on the website. In some cases, substitutions may be made. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse an order.
